Over generations many industries have adapted to using potable water often for tasks in which lower quality water would be suitable, such as crop irrigation or golf course irrigation. Only in the last 10-20 years have people truly started to understand the importance of water, yet we still find ourselves regularly having discussions with high water users that are using potable water. Not only is using high volumes of potable water not good for the environment but it also costs a substantial amount of money.

At Stockley Environmental we work with clients to understand their water needs and assist in developing solutions to enable the collection of rain water and harvest it for use where high quality processed water is not required. Not only does this make more environmental sense but it also saves land owners upwards of £50k per annum.
