At Stockley Environmental Ltd over the past 2 decades we have pioneered the cause of creating fantastic Golf Courses using material that are deemed as surplus to requirements. Every day hundreds of thousand of tonnes of "waste" soils and aggregate are disposed of in the UK alone. Our idea is that these can be put to better use in transforming and improving either current or former Golf Courses and facilities into truly spectacular facilities for its owners and members.

The process is fairly simple in its origin although to be delivered correctly requires an intrinsic understanding of the Golf world which we have through our ownership of 4 Golf related facilities including two of our own courses.

The company and its owners purchased the original farmland in Hertfordshire that the world renowned Centurion Golf Course now sits on and set to transforming it into something truly remarkable before the purchase by its current owners.

Financial Benefit

During the construction process we pay a royalty to the Golf Club based on the volume of soils imported, for instance a whole course redevelopment could generate a Golf Club upwards of £2.5m in cash revenue over the life of the project. This allows continued investment for owners and members to really see the benefits of the process.
