The group of companies was initially formed in 2014 to enable golf course improvements and regeneration using waste soils. Over time, the company has grown its offering and experience, providing a unique turnkey approach from inception through to design, planning, permitting, and ultimate delivery.

Prior to 2014 the companies owners had purchased a plot of farmland in Hertfordshire and had set about creating a Golf masterpiece which is now the world renowned Centurion Golf Course.

In 2014 the group purchased Stockley park golf club, a formerly world renowned golf course which was designed by Robert Trent jones snr but it was in desperate need of revitalisation. The site since its initial purchase has been using our in house expertise and transformed it into its former glory alongside adapting the site to include a state of the art driving range, modern clubhouse, restaurant and wedding/ event space, being able to hold up to 600 people.

The company has continued to sustainably grow over the following years to the point where we are today, with the ability to offer solutions for all kinds of land development or redevelopment.
